JADUAL SLOPE RATINGS

     SLOPE TABLE
This section contains conversion tables for Slope Rating from 123 through 131.
Consult these tables to establish the course handicap you will use for each round
of golf. The tables are applicable for both men’s and women’s Slope Rating and
may be used at any course with USGA Slope Rating. To use these tables:
i). Find the Slope Rating for the set of tees you will be playing (the ratings
are in the course directory section)
ii). Find the appropriate Slope table below or at a chart posted at the
           course
iv). Find the appropriate range of your index

v). Read straight across the table for the course handicap to which you
           will play
For example, if your index is 18.1 and you’re playing a set of tees with a 131
Slope Rating, you will find your index in the range of 17.7 to 18.5 and see that
you play to a 20 handicap. If you were playing from a set of tees with a 128 Slope
Rating, your index would fall in the 18.1 to 18.9 range and you would play to a
     course handicap of 22.
Below are the World Handicap System Course Handicap Calculation:
           Course Handicap = Handicap Index x (Slope Rating ÷ 113) + (Course
           Rating – Par)
           Example:
           15.8 x (131 Slope Rating Blue Tee box ÷ 113) + (71 – 72 Par)
           = 17.316
= 17 handicaps for blue tee
