LOCAL RULES
(These Local Rules Are Superseding the Local Rules at The Scorecard)
All plays are governed by The R&A Rules Limited and the Local Rules of Kelab Golf

4a) Bunker liners in their intended positions.
4b) Concrete bases of boundary walls or fences.
4c) Rocks and boulders.
4d) Tree basins and exposed earthen areas except Item #3b)(iv).
4e) Artificial retaining walls and pilings when located in penalty areas.
5. No Play Zone (Protection of Flower Beds & Young Plants)
Model Local Rule E-8.1: “The area identified by Green stakes within flower beds
and young plants on the course is a No Play Zone that is to be treated as an
Abnormal Course Condition. Free relief MUST be taken from interference by the
No Play Zone under Rule 16.1f”.
6. Protective Fencing and Hedges (Behind Putting Greens #3 & 16)

During play of Hole #3 and 16, if the fence and hedge interfere with a player’s
stance, area of intended swing or intervene on his line of play, a player may,
without penalty, lift his ball, clean and drop it in the dropping zone provided.
7. Prompt Pace of Play (Rule 5.6)
7a) Ready Golf is encouraged for Stroke Play under Rule 6.4b(2) to play out
of turn in a safe and responsible manner.
7b) Pace of Play time permitted for each hole: Par 3 – 13 minutes. Par 4 – 15
minutes. Par 5 – 17 minutes.
8. Stopping and Resuming Play (Rule 5.7)
a. Immediate Stop – One prolonged note of a siren (Must stop play
immediately).
b. Normal Stop – Three consecutive notes of a siren.
c. Resume Play – Two short notes of a siren.
Avoid Slow Play, Replace Divots, Rake Bunkers, Repair Ball Marks and Keep Our
Course Clean.
