LOCAL RULES
(These Local Rules Are Superseding the Local Rules at The Scorecard)
All plays are governed by The R&A Rules Limited and the Local Rules of Kelab Golf
Perkhidmatan Awam Malaysia
(ii) Area of damaged ground caused by animal or vehicle movement.
(iii) Newly laid turf in general area.
(iv) Washed down crevices and rivulets in bunkers.
(v) Edging grooves around the aprons and fringes of putting green.
There is no free relief if the condition only interferes with the
player’s stance.
(vi) Other damaged areas determined by The Committee to be
abnormal.
3b) Immovable Obstructions
(i) Floodlight posts, control panels/boxes, storm shelters, pump
house, steel barricade and drink huts (Free relief for line of play is
not available).
(ii) All concrete drains/channels on the course, unless marked
otherwise.
(iii) All staked trees
(iv) Bare patches within 1 club-length on either side of cart path.
(v) Wooden markings in front and back of putting greens.
(vi) Damaged and protruding bunker liners. Free relief is not available
for interference with player’s stance.
(vii) Wires, cables, wrapping or other objects closely attached to trees
or other permanent objects.
(viii) Landscape area:
a) Next to halfway hut 7.
b) Next to cart path junction at hole 8.
c) Left of green 18 surrounding Forest Starter Hut which
surrounding by immovable obstruction are deemed as part of
immovable obstruction.
4. Integral Objects
The following are integral objects from which free relief is not allowed
