LOCAL RULES
(These Local Rules Are Superseding the Local Rules at The Scorecard)
All plays are governed by The R&A Rules Limited and the Local Rules of Kelab Golf

Penalty for Breach of Local Rules:
General Penalty (Match Play – Loss of Hole. Stroke Play – 2 Strokes).
1. Out of Bounds and Course Boundaries (Rule 18.2)
1a) A ball is out of bounds when it is beyond any wall / fence / black-oil lines
/white lines / dots / stakes defining the boundary of the course.
1b) The club house, car park, practice range and practice greens.
1c) Left of Holes #1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 15, 16, 17, 20, 25, 26 & 27.
1d) Right of Holes #10, 17 & 18.
1e) Back of Teeing Areas #1, 6, 10, 21, 25 & 27.
1f) Back of Putting Greens #5, 9, 15, 18, 20 & 24.
2. Penalty Areas (Rule 17.1)
2a) Penalty Areas are defined by Yellow or Red stakes, painted lines / dot /
adjoining lines.
2b) Where both stakes and painted lines/dots/adjoining lines are present,
the lines/dots/adjoining lines define the edge of the penalty area.
2c) When a concrete drain is marked as penalty area, the top inside edge
(water-side) of the drain is the edge of the penalty area.
2d) Dropping Zone (When playing Hole #4, 5, 6, 11 – including when playing
Hole #8, 22 & 23): If a ball is in the penalty area, including when it is
known or virtually certain that a ball that has not been found came to
rest in the penalty area, the player has these relief options, each for
one penalty stroke:
(i) Take relief under Rule 17.1, or
(ii) As an extra option, drop the original ball or another ball in the
dropping zone. The dropping zone is a relief area under Rule 14.3.
3. Abnormal Course Conditions (Including Immovable Obstructions)
(Rule 16.1)
3a) Ground Under Repair.
(i) Area encircled by white lines or marked as GUR.
