RECIPROCAL / AFFILIATED CLUB
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
4.3 Cancellation of bookings must be made with the Host Club by the Home
Club/ Visiting Reciprocal/Affiliated Member(s) or the appointed travel agent
at least 48 hours in advance from the reserved booking date. Failure to
notify the Host Club within the specified period may result the Home
Club/Visiting Reciprocal/Affiliated Member(s) or the appointed travel agent
being charged in full.
5. RESPONSIBLE OF VISITING RECIPROCAL/AFFILIATED MEMBERS
5.1 Visiting Reciprocal/Affiliated Members are themselves visitors to the Host
Club and they must register accordingly with the Host Club.

5.2 Visiting Reciprocal/Affiliated Members are responsible for their own
conduct at the Host Club premises, as well as the conduct of any guests
that they introduce.
5.3 Visiting Reciprocal/Affiliated Members are obliged to comply with the Dress
Code, The Rules and By-Laws and any local rules of the Host Club.

5.4 Visiting Reciprocal/Affiliated Members must comply with any handicap
requirements (such as USGA handicap card) and handicap restrictions that
are being enforced by the Host Club.
6. PAYMENT
6.1 All payments must be settled by the Visiting Reciprocal/Affiliated Member(s)
prior to the departure of that Member(s).
6.2 Payment must be made in cash or by an accepted credit card.
7. RESTRICTION
7.1 This Reciprocal/Affiliated Club Agreement is extended only to Members of
both Clubs that are in ‘Good Standing’.

7.2 Members of KGPA shall not be accorded any privileges at host club if they
reside in any part of the club’s states/country. Likewise, Members of host
shall not be accorded any privileges at KGPA if they reside in the Selangor,
Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur or Putrajaya.
8. GENERAL WAIVER
8.1 Visiting Reciprocal/Affiliated Members visiting the Host Club do so at their
own risk. The Home Club and the Host Club are in no way responsible for
the general safety and loss of personal properties of Visiting Reciprocal/Af-
filiated Members during their visit to the Host Club.
