RECIPROCAL / AFFILIATED CLUB
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
KGPA and HOST CLUB are desirous of entering into a Reciprocal / Affiliated Club
Agreement upon terms and conditions hereinafter contained.
Only Principle Members and Paid Family Members are allowed to use
Reciprocal / Affiliated facilities.
1. RECIPROCAL/AFFILIATED MEMBERS
Members of KGPA visiting the host club and vice-versa are referred to as Visiting
Reciprocal/Affiliated Members.
2. INTRODUCTION CARD
Visiting Reciprocal/Affiliated Members of either Club must produce a current
introduction letter/card and/or Home Club Membership Card which provide proof
that he or she is a Member of the Club. Each introduction letter/card is valid for a
maximum period of fourteen (14) days only. Visiting Reciprocal/Affiliated Members
are also required to produce their passport or ID to verify their identity.
3. RIGHTS OF THE VISITING RECIPROCAL/AFFILIATED MEMBERS
3.1 Visiting Reciprocal/Affiliated Members are entitled to:
a. Use the amenities and facilities of the Host Club that are normally
available to Host Club Members.
b. Use those amenities and facilities subject to the same charges as a
Host Club Member, unless otherwise specified within this agreement.
c. Play golf at the visiting Host Club for a total of fourteen (14) days in a
calendar year, but not more than three (3) times a week.
3.2 A Visiting Reciprocal/Affiliated Member is allowed to bring a maximum of
three (3) guests to the Club that he or she is visiting and be subjected to
the normal charges of the Club. Guests are the responsibility of the
introducing Visiting Reciprocal/Affiliated Member and thereby must always
be accompanied by the introducing Visiting Reciprocal/Affiliated Member.
4. BOOKINGS
4.1 All bookings must be made directly with the Host Club by the Home
Club/Visiting Reciprocal/Affiliated Member(s) or the appointed travel agent.
4.2 All bookings are subject to availability and may be declined by the Host
Club.
