Exdusive for Malaysian Government Officers (Federal, State, Armed Forces Statutory Bodies & Judicial Services) with Grade 27 or equivalent and above. The joining fee is RM7,552.92 nett (inclusive of RM 1,000.00 refundable deposit). Eligible officers (Grade 41 or equivalent and above) are eligible to claim a maximum of RM 4,000 for the membership fee from the government. AHLI KELUARGA BERBAYAR (Family Membership)
Spouse & children of Ahli Biasa & Ahli Bersara are allowed to join as Ahli Keluarga Berbayar under their principle. The joining fee is as follows:
Spouse & children above 21 years RM7,552.92 net
Children below 21 years RM3,312.92 net
Monthly subscription is only RM92.22

Term Membership is open to general public and expatriates who are resides in Malaysia. KGPA welcomes company directors & senior executives to apply as a term member. Retirees under 'Malaysia My Second Home Program(MM2H)' are also welcome to apply.

Kelab Golf Perkhidmatan Awam Malaysia was established in 1989. This 27-Hole golf course offers a great golfing experience to golfers. The golf club is made up of interesting scenery as it was surrounded by nature preserves and is a home to a myriad of small wildlife and birds. The championship course which covers the hills and the lakes is a classic par-72 golf course measuring 6,091 metres with landscaped lush fairways culminating in manicured verdant greens
110 The plans to build a recreational club for the civil service community and their families have begun as early as 1970's, In November 1983, Ronald Golf Design Ltd was appointed to design a 27 holes golf course for the club.
On February 2, 1989, the former Chief Secretary. Y.Bhg Tan Sri Dato' Paduka Sallehuddin Mohamed conducted the ground breaking ceremony for the club. At the same time, the Pro Tem Club Foundation Committee (Jawatankuasa Pro Ten Penubuhan Kelab) was formed on May 4, 1989.
On November 15, 1989, Instant Greens Sdn. Bhd built the 18-holes golf course. The course was completed on August 14, 1991 Later on November 18, 1991, the Civil Service Recreational Club (KRPA) had been approved to change its'name to Malaysia Civil Service Golf Club (Kelab Golf Perkhidmatan Awam - KGPA).
During the soft opening for the 18-holes golf course of the dub which was held on February 9, 1992 by the former Deputy Prime Minister. YAB Tun Abdul Ghaffar Baba, an Inaugural Trophy competition was organized and Y.Bhg Tan Sri Abu Talib Osman, won the championship.
The additional 9 Holes course which covers the forest started on November 2, 1992 and was completed in April 1994. On March 4 1993, the club house was built based on the idea from YBhg. Tun Ahmad Sarji Abdul Hamid.
Dated on September 19, 1999 with Tan Sri Abdul Halim Ali as the president of the club, the former Prime Minister. Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad officiated the grand opening ceremony for the club.
